AIMS AND SCOPE

ASCON Journal of Management and Administration is published by the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria with the following objectives:

(i) To provide an opportunity for continual review of management theories and methodology of management

(ii) To promote research in the field of management and public administration

(iii) To serve as a bridge between theories and practice of management

(iv) To keep policy-makers and senior administrators informed about latest developments in management theories, practices and techniques.

The editorial Board welcomes contribution from scholars, management practitioners policy-makers and senior executives in government and or business, as well as from students of management and public administration all over the world. The journal is published twice a year (April/October).
