The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) made a remarkable impact at the 2025 Civil Service Week held in Abuja, demonstrating its continued commitment to advancing public service excellence in Nigeria. Themed “Leveraging Technology for a Smart and Agile Public Service,” the event attracted top-tier government officials, reform advocates, and development partners across various sectors.
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, delivered an inspiring keynote. She emphasized the urgent need for innovation, accountability, and people-centered service delivery in the public sector.
Throughout the event, ASCON maintained a vibrant exhibition stand, attracting numerous delegates and stakeholders. The exhibition showcased ASCON’s training programmes, consultancy services, digital transformation initiatives, and strategic role in shaping Nigeria’s civil service reforms.
