A Collaborative meeting between Zakspreneur Nig. Ltd. and the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria held on Friday, 21st July, 2023.
This collaboration aims to equip Principals and Head of Secondary Schools with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement student-centred approaches in their institutions.
Objectives of this collaboration are as follows:
Training and Mentorship: Design and deliver a comprehensive training program that encompasses student-centred pedagogies, curriculum development, assessment strategies, and the integration of technology in the classroom. this program will be supported by experienced mentors who will provide ongoing guidance and support to the participants.
Capacity Building: Enhance the leadership capacities of school administrators by offering specialized workshops and seminars that focus on fostering student voice and agency, promoting personalized learning and creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Collaboration and Networking: Facilitate a platform for school administrators to connect, share best practices, and collaborate on implementing student-centered initiatives. This networking opportunity will encourage the exchange of ideas and provide a support system for continuous professional growth.
Program Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the impact of the student-centered education initiative on participant knowledge, instructional practices, and student outcomes. These evaluations will ensure that the program is effective and provide insights for further improvements.
