VISION OF MCSD
The mission and vision of the Department is derived from the vision and mission of the College.
MISSION OF MCSD
To be a leading management consultancy expert through the provision first class consultancy services.
The objectives of MSCD include, among other things:
- undertake consultancy services for the public and private sector organisations;
- serve as internal consultant to the College;
- conduct the Management Consultancy Course (MCC);
- co-ordinate all College consultancy projects;
- solicit for grants from donor and development agencies for the project-tied consultancy assignments; and
- design, development and delivery of relevant workshops, seminars and conferences for the promotion of good practices in management consultancy services.
